Dont Throw anything away-Cameron Cuellar

I really enjoyed the ‘Don’t throw anything away’ Intervention because I like how it makes people so the consensus of the waste they produce.  After my week of collecting trash, I realized I basically eat a lot of turkey. Most of my food came in a plastic container (turkey) and I had some cardboard boxes and an egg carton.  I’ve been working out and with that, I am trying to eat a strict diet of lean protein and vegetables. I utilize my hydro flask for all my drinks and use a metal straw for when I make smoothies.  I also use a lot of Tupperware to bring my food places and to store it in the fridge so that it helps cut down on waste.
